Over 100 lanterns to be displayed on seafront in solidarity with Israeli hostages

The Yellow Ribbon Campaign will create a giant yellow ribbon with lanterns on Hove Lawns on Monday at 7pm. The lanterns will be held by 101 people to symbolise the number of hostages taken after the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. School sports coach assaulted young girl

Ajaz Karim, who worked at Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham between 1983 and 1993, has been found guilty of one count of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 on November 29.    Police received the report in November 2022 that Karim, 70, of Broadlove Lane, Greater London, abused a girl, who is now aged in her 40s, when she was 12 and then 13. Drug dealer who ran a major drug line selling crack cocaine and heroin is jailed

Following a joint investigation by Brighton’s Community Investigation Team and the Metropolitan Police, it was found that Jahzadd Ryan was running and controlling a drug line, named Major. Man killed in crash

The 65-year-old was driving alone along Ardingly Road, Lindfield at around 6.35am on Friday when he crashed. Police sadly confirmed he was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
