Sir Keir Starmer has condemned vandalism at Angela Rayner’s flat in Hove after she admitted underpaying stamp duty on the property. Sussex Police said they are aware of graffiti outside an address in Hove and that the matter is being treated as criminal damage. Protesters slam council for 'undemocratic' plans to remove historic landmark

A group of more than a dozen Save Hove Floral Clock protesters took over Palmeira Square, Hove on Friday evening to "stand up" against the council's proposal to remove the 70-year-old floral clock in the middle of the square. Melissa Core died in Brighton on January 8 this year, while homeless. She was originally from Finglas, Ireland and had been struggling with mental health and addiction issues in the last years of her life.
